Terms & Conditions

• A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to book a service. This fee will go towards the balance of your service.

• Requests for rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your original appointment time through the confirmation link in your email.

• The system will not allow you to reschedule your appointment if it is within the 24-hour window.

• There is an 10 min grace period for your appointment.

• If you arrive past the grace period or no-show, the card on file will be charged for the FULL amount of your service.

• All clients agree to communicate via text if they are running late (770) 331-4337
